I was chit chatting with Azlan about a logcall we had in JB.
It was logged as "pc cannot on" and I've passed the call to a service engineer from our ASP, Adnan.
Got an update about the call from Adnan this late evening saying that there is no such problem. He just went there to inspect and install printer. The ITD already performed all the necessary procedure for the new user as the previous user had left the service.
Why lah they don't put it as "to install printer & reconfigure".
Giving me a headache when Azlan told me that they log the case again in the evening... Why lah... Wait lah... Tak boleh tunggu ker?
